Sometimes it can be hard to know where to begin in sharing and exploring faith - that's where Alpha comes in! Alpha is a great opportunity for each of us to invite our friends, colleagues, and family along to explore the Christian faith and ask questions.

Invite

Who would you love to come to know Jesus? It could be a colleague, friend, or neighbour. They don't need to live in Toowoomba either. Once you have that person in mind pray for them. We would love to be praying too. You can write a name on the board in the foyer or send it through to Amy (amy@stbarts.com.au) - and the Alpha prayer team will be praying for that person.

Second, invite them to the Launch Party. It could be as simple as "Would you like to come to the Alpha Launch Party with me?" Try to ask in person (if possible). Pick up a postcard to give them, or send them this link for more info: : stbarts.com.au/alpha

What you can expect:

​​Alpha evenings are relaxed and welcoming. Starting with dinner, attendees then view a short film, and discuss the topics in small groups. The topics are interesting, highly engaging and explore the big questions of life, spirituality, and faith. Discussions are open, non-judgemental and a safe space to ask questions.

The launch party for Alpha is Monday, October 13 at 6.15PM. It will be a relaxed evening with good food, music, and conversation. Alpha then continues for 7 weeks.
