It was wonderful to hear from a David, Jackie, Chris & Mark yesterday, on their experience of inviting friends and family to Alpha.
- Multiple invitations: Many of the people were invited a number of times. So don't get discouraged!
- Less daunting with someone you know: It can be much less daunting if you come along with the person you invite.
- Online: Online can be a great option, if someone doesn't live in Toowoomba or Brisbane, or getting out at night is difficult. We've seen many come to faith who join online.
- People enjoy it! Each person David, Jackie, Chris & Mark invited along really enjoyed Alpha. It sparked conversations that have continued, and helped people reconnect to faith or take a step closer to Jesus.
The Alpha Launch Party is two weeks time. This is a great time to be praying for who to invite. Ask God to guide you, and invite someone to come along with you to the Launch Party - Monday October 12, starting at 6:15pm (in Toowoomba), 7pm (in Brisbane), and Thursday 15 October in Korean (in Toowoomba).
