SENIOR ASSOCIATE MINISTER: This is a vital role, working closely with the Senior Minister to help nurture the ministry and witness of our Toowoomba community. We're full of thanks for how God has been faithfully at work and have a growing vision to multiply Gospel communities, leaders, and resources. We're  praying for an experienced ordained minister who is a sound preacher of God's Word, effective leader, passionate disciple-maker, and a commitment to seeing God's people built up. The role will work closely with a multidisciplinary team in Toowoomba along with other leaders across our emerging family of churches.

PASTORAL CARE COORDINATOR: The purpose of this role is to oversee and grow the ministry of St Bart’s Care. This includes coordinating a team of visitors; continuing to build significant community in aged-care; developing the pastoral care team; and building upon existing ministries.

COMMUNICATIONS COORDINATOR: This role will oversee our communications to help enable our mission. It will resource our team with high quality design and marketing materials, and work with our ministry team and volunteer leaders to better promote ministries and key events. The role will be responsible for our website, social media presence, and print materials.
