Module Overview
Continuous Learning is an experiential learning method in which people learn by acting and then reflecting. on what they have done. In this module we explore a simple approach to continuous learning, In this module we explore the fundamentals of apprenticing and utilise a framework to identify future apprentices. how to enrich the process, and and opportunities to integrate it into practice.
Core Components in this Module
- Prework: (a): As a leader, what is one skill in leadership that you would like to improve (e.g., giving feedback, facilitating meetings, setting vision) (b) What area would you like your team to especially improve on during the rest of 2025?
- Workshop: The workshop focuses on: (a) A Simple Approach to Start; (b) Some opportunities to enrich the process; (c) Opportunities to Integrate.
- Homework: Individual: (a) Were there any key ACTIONS that you have planned to implement? (b) What is one area that you would like to focus on continuously learning? (c) When will be your first opportunity to reflect? Team: How could you help your team to adopt some aspects of continuous learning?
